Couples Reconnection Course

April is National Couples Appreciation Month. What better way to celebrate than to reignite your passion or commit to building an even better relationship?

Who is this workshop for? It's for couples that...

• describe themselves as good friends, but not currently great lovers
• wish they still had the level of connectedness they had when they first met
• hoped time would make accepting touch or intimacy easier, but it hasn't
• desire a level of closeness that is deeper than anything they have experienced yet

Cuddle workshops offer a safe space to reconnect with your partner. Our group facilitated events include techniques such as eye gazing and consensual non-sexual touch. Facilitators Kristen Thomas and Kenton Turpin will:

• guide you around challenges or blocks around touch,
• give you tools to get the touch you desire,
• teach you ways to say "no thank you" or "yes please",
• help you open your heart to a deeper connection with your partner

18+ couples only

1.5 hour workshop

Doors open at 5:30 pm, all attendees must be present by 6 pm

Fee: $150 per couple, limited to 10 couples

Snacks and water will be provided

Guidelines and recommendations:

- The only touch that will without prior consent is between the two people in a coupleship. Do not touch your classmates or facilitators without first asking for consent. 

- Bring journals or something to take notes with.

- Wear comfortable clothing

- You may choose to bring pillows, bolsters, or mats of your own. Our host location has items available for use. 

- Doors close at 6 pm, after which there is no admittance.
